Black Lion was created in 2020 at the time when the world was catastrophically hit with the pandemic. What originated as an idea and a small thought is now manifested into a growing organization. Built on instinct and hard work, Black Lion has now successfully established itself as a reliable partner for a US based logistics company to provide offshore services in India
Our founder Mr. Chetan Chavan is a young and dynamic individual having experience of over 13 years in Banking Technology & Operations. He has used his experience to build a successful offshore service centre for invoicing, technology support and monitoring compliance systems in India. Black lion is now venturing into logistics and export based industries through FDI from US based companies.

Manager DirectorIT Professional, Restaurateur, Entrepreneur: Chetan has done it all in his 15 years of work experience. He heads the Black Lion Group and has consistently added new verticals over the last 3 years of its existence. He is people driven with a strong focus on developing growth-oriented processes to build solid business foundations.Chetan is an MBA in International Finance and a first-generation entrepreneur. He is inclined to develop strong business leaders to help Black Lion meet its vision of a leading service provider.
Ajay Gahlawat
AVP: Business DevelopmentAjay Gahlawat is a hardcore Project Manager with over 15 years of experience. Having worked with the Banking & IT industry, he has a proven record of delivering high net worth time bound projects. He specializes in vendor management and has acute negotiation skills.He is an MBA in Finance and has taken up mantle to meet planning and execution challenges of the manufacturing domain.
Vijay Zankar
Chief Production OfficerStarted as a front line supervisor at the No.1 Delearship of Hero Honda in 1997 & became a GM of the company in 2008. He further went on a journey to hone his management skills at a Multi cuisine restaurant, but the Automobile Engineer in him finally found his space and peace at the global trailer manufacturing program at Black Lion. He loves machines and has a passion for delivering high value projects along with acute sense of time management.Vijay brings with him 23+ years of diversified experience and expertise.
Ketan Asabe
Chief Product DesignerKetan Asabe is an experienced technical trailer designer with over 25 years of industry experience. His strong sense of design and aesthetics have made sturdy and reliable yet good looking trailers for the industry.Having worked with all major brands, he is now looking forward to showcasing his skills to the international markets thorough Black Lion

AVP: Business OperationsAditya Sai has an overall experience of 16 years in marketing and client servicing. He has worked with organizations in the Medical and pharma industries. He possesses proven planning and people management skills while constantly wanting to innovate processes.He has taken up a new challenge for driving the logistics arm of Black Lion and is focussed upon increasing the logistics network across India.
Shruti Vanarse
India Operations HeadShruti Vanarase has a varied experience of 15+ years in the field of Administration and Human Resource. She has worked with organisations of different sectors like Software, Hotels, Financial Consulting and Engineering as well. She is a quintessential professional with excellent planning, execution and monitoring resources skills.She has done her graduation in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Pune University. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration – HR from the Pune University.
